Dos factors varen influir molt en l\u2019educaci\u00f3: el primer fou l\u2019economia industrial, que va provocar una cultura organitzativa de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 extremadament lineal, centrada en els est\u00e0ndards, la conformitat i l\u2019altre gran factor d\u2019influ\u00e8ncia fou la cultura intel\u00b7lectual de la Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3, que deriv\u00e0 en la cultura acad\u00e8mica de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, provocant una de les caracter\u00edstiques del nostre ensenyament: la jerarquia de les assignatures en les escoles. En la majoria de sistemes tenim, a sobre de tot de la jerarquia, la llengua, les matem\u00e0tiques i les ci\u00e8ncies; una mica m\u00e9s avall hi ha les humanitats, com la geografia i els estudis socials i a sota de tot estan les disciplines art\u00edstiques. Perqu\u00e8 aquesta jerarquia? Sens dubte, per raons econ\u00f2miques. Tots els pa\u00efsos busquen una millora substancial que ens permeti sentir-nos orgullosos de la manera com creixen els nostres fills. Lamentablement, cap d\u2019aquestes reformes est\u00e0 atacant el problema des del fons, sin\u00f3 des de la forma. Ning\u00fa s\u2019atreveix a fer saltar pels aires les bases d\u2019un sistema educatiu engendrat en el segle XIX sota l\u2019abric i les necessitats de la Revoluci\u00f3 Industrial. Es continua tractant als alumnes com una pe\u00e7a impersonal dins d\u2019un engranatge lineal. S\u2019encabeixen els alumnes en paquets o classes que avancen per diferents fases ja preestablertes i amb un clar objectiu final: acabar la Universitat i entrar&nbsp;a formar part del mercat laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El problema comen\u00e7a aqu\u00ed. Ni hem de fomentar \u00fanicament els talents associats a l\u2019hemisferi esquerre del nostre cervell, ni tots els nens s\u00f3n iguals, ni tots aprenen a la mateixa velocitat. De fet s\u00f3n reveladores les conclusions a qu\u00e8 ha arribat la <em>Khan Academy<\/em>, segons les quals un <strong>inici en principi gens prometedor pot portar a un aprenentatge molt m\u00e9s profund i durador<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, es necessita atenci\u00f3 i personalitzaci\u00f3. En aquell moment es creia que hi havia&nbsp; uns pocs talents i una \u00fanica i v\u00e0lida intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia. Continuem ancorats en conceptes que et porten a estudiar all\u00f2 amb \u201cbones sortides\u201d. I, lamentablement, estem descobrint d\u2019una manera molt brusca, que aquestes noves sortides avui, potser no ho siguin dem\u00e0. Per\u00f2 l\u2019aut\u00e8ntic drama de tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s que, una vegada que la \u201cind\u00fastria educativa\u201d ens ha donat forma i ens \u201cposa en venda\u201d, ens trobem, en la majoria dels casos, amb un desconeixement absolut de nosaltres i dels nostres talents. Els hem oblidat, se\u2019ns han quedat pel cam\u00ed. Perqu\u00e8 quan estaven a flor de pell, quan podien ser desenvolupats a ple rendiment, el sistema educatiu tenia ja estipulat que el meu rendiment seria m\u00e9s rendible si desenvolupava el meu costat esquerra del cervell que si desenvolupava el dret. No era rendible la meva formaci\u00f3 emocional, ni la meva formaci\u00f3 com a pintor, m\u00fasic o actor&#8230; A la societat industrial no li interessava aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Canviar un model mecanicista per un model org\u00e0nic, adaptar-se als alumnes i estudiar les seves necessitats, inquietuds i maneres de desenvolupament. Permetre que floreixin els talents acompanyant. S\u00f3n les bases que necessitem revisar urgentment. Es tracta de que cada alumne rebi \u201cla seva\u201d informaci\u00f3 a \u201cla seva\u201d manera, estimulant els seus canals de percepci\u00f3. L\u2019esfor\u00e7 \u00e9s gran, s\u00ed. \u00c9s molt m\u00e9s senzill l\u2019actual model industrial. Per\u00f2 &nbsp;ja sabem que aix\u00f2 no desenvolupa persones, desenvolupa treballadors. I <strong>nom\u00e9s hi haur\u00e0 bons treballadors si abans hi ha bones persones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No podem mantenir-nos est\u00e0tics en la queixa, justificant la nostra inoper\u00e0ncia sota un sistema educatiu obsolet. Des de la nostra posici\u00f3 podem i tenim molt a fer. La nostra responsabilitat com a pares, mares, professors, amics, \u00e9s fomentar el desenvolupament del talent dels qui ens envolten. \u201c<strong>Si acceptem que els nostres fills s\u00f3n les seves passions, i no les nostres pors, al m\u00f3n el mour\u00e0 la passi\u00f3<\/strong><strong><em>\u201d<\/em><\/strong><em> (<\/em><em>Toshiro Kanamori)<\/em>, no el diner. L\u2019objectiu ha de ser que el fet, ara gaireb\u00e9 aleatori i fortu\u00eft, de <strong>descobrir la vocaci\u00f3<\/strong>, aix\u00f2 que cadasc\u00fa de nosaltres fem tan b\u00e9 i ens agrada tant, sigui el <strong>fonament de l\u2019ensenyament<\/strong>, i que es descobreixi gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019escola, gr\u00e0cies a <strong>processos d\u2019ensenyament que ho promoguin<\/strong> de la forma m\u00e9s sistem\u00e0tica i efica\u00e7 possible, com es el cas del <strong>nostre Projecte<\/strong>.
